The goal of the Vizi Help Desk is to facilitate the restoration of normal operational service with minimal impact on faculty or students.
Report an issue to the Vizi Help Desk by submitting a Support Request ticket within the Vizi you are working.
If you are unable to log into Vizi to submit a Support Request ticket, please email the details of the problem to email@example.com.
Please note our Vizi Help Desk hours of operation:
Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
(With the exception of major holidays.)
