The goal of the Vizi Help Desk is to facilitate the restoration of normal operational service with minimal impact on faculty or students.

Device Support FAQ

What devices do you support?

While Vizi works on devices with a modern web browser, for the best experience we recommend using a Mac or PC with one of the following browsers:

Mozilla Firefox (4.0+) *This is the Vizi-preferred browser
Google Chrome
Safari (4.0+)

NOTE:  Internet Explorer is NOT recommended for use by Vizi.

Can I access my Vizi on my mobile device?

Yes, Vizi can be accessed within the browser on your tablets or smartphones, however, the small screen size of a mini tablet or smartphone screen can make for difficult reading and navigation.

Is there a PDF version of the content?

No, Vizi does not deliver files in PDF format via the web browser or through any device. In order to provide students and faculty with interactive tools and protect intellectual property, Vizi streams content to the browser and cannot provide PDF files for download.
